Welcome to The Good Earth Garden Center’s online employee learning system!  In order to provide the highest quality experience for our guests and co-workers, we need to be on the same page.  And this online learning system, Cultivate Knowledge, is one of the training tools we will use to make that happen. 

In addition, this is a reference tool; as procedural changes are made, this information will be updated and an email will be sent requesting you re-visit a topic for a refresher. We are excited to get started, how about you?

Please note that each course is a prerequisite for the next; please take the courses in this order; Mission Statement, Values, Handbook and POS Training.  Also, this is not an open book test; please read the training information and practice on a POS station before going to the quiz.
